Friday, 4th March 2011 - Full Meals

This morning we had toasts and coffee for breakfast and the white bread spread was chosen by Obba. It was a Chive & garlic cream cheese spread. Yummy!



As for lunch, we had kim-chi stew, chive dumplings, homemade black beans & anchovies with my mother's ginseng roots tea. Thank You, Mom! :*



It have a been quite awhile we had pasta so I made chicken breast spaghetti and salad with bacon and beer for Obba. Enjoy!

  1. I loved the kimchi jjigae at lunch. The soup was rich and tasty, although she used beef instead of pork, which is more commonly used in korea.
